  2. Receive Authorization: Wait for our customer service team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Include RMA Number: Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the Product: Send the package to the return address provided in your authorization email.

Important: Do not send products back without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns without authorization may be refused or delayed.

3.2 Return Shipping

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Defective Products: If you received a defective or damaged product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Wrong Item: If you received the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and expedite the correct shipment.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Returns should be sent to the address provided in your RMA authorization email. Do not send returns to our corporate headquarters unless specifically instructed.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after inspection approval

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please:
